I know how important it is to treat our staff well as I know that when the staff are happy your children are happy too. I like to make a fuss of our awesome coaching team and plan termly treats for them so that they always have something to look forward to and get excited about. Last week I took the team Go Karting in Farnborough.
GO KARTING IN FARNBOROUGH
Going Go Karting was a popular idea and I couldn’t resist joining in and having a go myself. It brought out everyone’s competitive spirit! We all wanted to win and I was no exception. We gave it our best shot and the results were that Hector (our videographer) came 3rd. I feel like I can hold my head up high as I came in at 2nd place and the winner was Lead Coach Demi from Club Weybridge. Congratulations Demi!

Every term I plan a treat day for the staff as it’s great for team building and makes for a happy atmosphere. Some of our favourite days out so far have included going to Go Ape, Thorpe Park, Winter Wonderland, Christmas Parties and Award Evenings. We also have Coach of the Month where we award a coach who has gone above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and they are rewarded with their choice of super cool gift. Lead Coach Demi (our Go Karting Champion) recently won Coach of the Month and chose the Aston Martin vs Lamborghini driving day as a prize. This girl is seriously into speed!
