Did Your Child Go To Easter Tumble Camp Last Week?

Last week I had the pleasure of helping out each day at Easter Tumble Camp at Club Spectrum in Guildford. It was so much FUN and all the children had a really great experience. Was your child there?..

Every day has a different theme at Tumble Camp which all adds to the fun and helps to awaken your child’s creativity. Your child has the opportunity to dress up if they want to and the coaching team love to get dressed up too. I met a couple of sisters called Emmy (aged 4) and Aila (aged 7) who came to camp each day last week. They had a super-fun time and can’t wait for the next one. On Monday the theme was ‘Under the Sea‘ and Aila was pleased to see her school friend Alice was also at camp.

On Tuesday we had an ‘Animal’ theme. The children always love this theme as it brings out their strength as they playfully ‘ROAR’ at each other. We had some cute kittens turn up as well as some cheeky monkeys! There were also Trampolining Masterclasses on both Tuesday and Thursday. Trampolining Masterclasses are for your budding young trampolinist and will help to build their confidence as well as their skills as they reach for the sky!

Wednesday brought a ‘Superhero’ theme and the children enjoyed imagining what super-power they would most like to have. They acted out scenes of superheroes coming to the rescue as they practised their acrobatic balances.

On Thursday the theme was ‘Disney’ and lots of the girls couldn’t wait to put their favourite princess dress on. When I asked Emmy and Aila what their favourite theme was the answer was a resounding ‘Disney.’ Aila’s favourite thing to do at Camp was to go on the air track and Emmy liked the trampoline best. She liked pretending that she was a princess jumping into her carriage to go to the ball galloping along doing ‘seat drops’ as she bounced on the trampoline.

On the last day the Easter Bunny awarded Emmy a prize for working so hard all week and for always having a big smile on her face. When asked what they were going to do now, Aila said that she was going Easter egg hunting on a horse and Emmy said that she was going home for a rest!! The Easter Bunny hopped in every day to congratulate the children and reward them with a chocolate egg as they went home.
